In the "Spotlight"

Hello Frieeends, 

Guess what today's blog post is about?? A few little steps to get a brighter Smile!! 

So last year I tried the Spotlight strips and I absolutely loved them so I know they work but since i'm using them again I decided to write a blog post on them! I forgot how good they are.. i'm on Day 3 and i've noticed a massive difference. 

Pictured above are the gorgeous three products .. I lovee the packaging! 

One thing that made me want to try this brand immediately was the fact that it's created by dentists.. and who has better knowledge about teeth than dentists!!

Spotlight was created by DR Lisa and Vanessa Creaven two dentists Quay Dental Galway, another great reason to try them! Its great to support locals.

The teeth whitening strips pictured above cost 39.95 (Cara Pharmacy)

These are also available in Men's teeth whitening strips (The structure of a mans mouth is a bit larger so the strips are made larger.) 

These strips contain hydrogen peroxide a key ingredient in the whitening of teeth and the only clinically proven ingredient to actually whiten teeth!! 

The pack contains 28 strips (14 upper and 14 lower) .. for best results use them for two weeks straight for one hour every night. 

However, there is no problem if you miss a night, it's easy happen! These are so so easy to use as well and I didn't feel any sensitivity when using them.

The strips have a super seal strip technology to ensure that the strips stay put on your teeth. 

Top Tips - 

• Dry the teeth before applying, place the strip on the lower teeth then the top teeth.
• Leave the strips on for 1 hour .. i heard people say they leave them on all night, don't do that if it's recommended to use for an hour use for an hour. 
• When removing the strips use a dry tissue to make it easier! Then any leftover gel i brush into my teeth and then rinse. 

Spotlight toothpaste cost 9.95 (Cara Pharmacy)

The second product is the Toothpaste this is also brilliant!! This also contains hydrogen peroxide to whiten the teeth! 

This is my first time properly giving this a go and so far I love it. I'm definitely noticing a difference in my teeth and the toothpaste works so well with the strips! 

The toothpaste foams up nicely and leaves the mouth feeling fresh and clean. I use this morning and night! 

The bottle of toothpaste is actually massive as well so well worth the price. 

Some of you may have seen the mouthwash in the Spotlight Giftsets.. however keep ye're eyes speeled as it will be available soon! 

I'm gonna say it again.. I lovee this too!! My mouth feels so clean and minty fresh after, these contain seaweed which is amazing for oral care! 

One of my favourite things about this is the Self fill lid, I think it's so cool so you squeeze the bottle and it fills the top part of the bottle up to the recommended amount of mouthwash. If you squeeze out too much it falls back down! This is ideal because its so easy to waste mouthwash and use more than needed!

Keep ye're eyes peeled for this goodie to launch in stores its the perfect addition to add to your teeth whitening regime. 

As well as the other products this contains hydrogen peroxide so the three products would work amazingly together!

Another product spotlight has is the teeth whitening pen .. this I haven't tried. However, this is a more short term quick fix type product. A handbag essential!! To keep teeth shining with that red lippy. I will definitely be trying this product probably when i'm done the strips. 

Another thing I had to mention is the Spotlight ISPCC Toothpaste for ages 3-7 .. now this isn't a whitening product but a toothpaste to prevent cavities, strengthen enamel and clean the teeth. 

But the amazing thing about this is all profits are donated to Childrens Charity the ISPCC Childline.

Day 3 of re using the spotlight strips and already noticing a difference!! 

I need some smiling lessons .. look a bit creepy..
