SOSU NEW Launches

Hey Guys, 

So i'm sure ye are all hearing loads about the New SOSUbySJ products such as the Lip Kits and Wonder water Facial Tanning mist. 

Well look no further I have tried and tested them and I will be sharing my review here with you all!! 

First up LIP KITS .. so if any of you follow me on Instagram ye will know already that I am looving these lip kits. 

First of all, the packaging is absolutely gorgeous, I love the whole design and I find the box handy for actually storing the lippys! 

In terms of lipsticks i'm a big MAC fan I love MAC lipsticks and have a big collection, but I think these might be my new 'go too' lip kits and for the price!! 

The lip-liner and lipstick have Suzanne Jackson written on the side and I think it just adds to the whole thing. 

My first purchase was 'I like it' and I liked it so much (excuse the pun) that I had to get another!! I love my nude lippys so for now I just got two nudes. 

'I Like It'

This is a gorgeous nude shade .. obviously the shades wont look exactly the same on everybody but on my lips it looks a rosy nude colour which I love! 

The lipstick itself is a gorgeous creamy texture that feels so nice on the lips, not one bit drying woo!! The lasting power is what I really loved about this .. I wore this at the weekend and drank coffee, water throughout the day and it didn't fade. 

So, big thumbs up from me in terms of lasting power!! 

Then the lip-liner, well I suppose there isn't much you can say about a lip-liner but it is very pigment and glides on well! 

It's also very easy to overdraw the lips with this to create a 'Fuller' look. 

'Cant Cope'

Loving the names of these as well haha. My second purchase out of the lip kits, I don't think this colour suits me as much as the other one it looks quiet pale on my lips compared to what I've seen on other people. 

However same goes for quality as said above these are fab.

That's the lippy on, pictured above. I bought both lip kits in Cara Pharmacy Galway and there is still some available if your looking. 

Price was a big thing for me with these I think they are such Good value, €12.95 which is so good for a good quality lip liner and lipstick a lot cheaper than some other lip kits. 

Overall, I absolutely love the lip kits and will be buying more for sure. The texture, lasting power and the packaging is a big winning point for me. Also the fact these lip kits are Cruelty Free is great. 

Next up the Facial Tanning water, that everyone is looking for and there is so much talk about.. 

Hello Wonder Water Facial Tanning mist .. you have no idea how excited I was to get this. 

So, I tried it last night so this is a first impressions review I will keep ye updated over on my Instagram. 

The packaging is nice I love the combo of gold and white - I opted for the 'Light - Medium' shade just because it was the only one left in stock and with my fair skin and hair i didn't wan't it to be too dark on.

However, for a light to medium shade this came out pretty dark on me. 

First thing I noticed about the tan was the smell, Oh my gosh it smells amazing so fruity or something. 

So, this is being promoted as a 'Tan Filter' and after trying it I wouldn't say it blurs the skin or anything which I've heard other people say. Its just a tan for the face, it's a nice colour and gives a nice bronzed look to the face. 

I haven't got any reaction out of it which is great because i can often from tan on the face, one thing I noticed was it didn't cling to the pores around my nose area which other tans have done before.  

Now are you ready for the before and after? Ahhhh

Before (no makeup) and after with the Facial Tanning water and the brows on and some mascara. 

It definitely takes the pasty pale look of my skin anyway haha. I actually really like this face tan and I definitely can't wait to see how it fades. 

However, this doesn't have any blurring effects.. maybe if you have flawless skin but it doesn't blur the pores or anything which to me is obvious but I have heard people say it 'blurs'. 

This tan is also Cruelty Free, Paraben Free and Vegan friendly .. which is fantastic for a tan. 

Overall, I would definitely give this tan a go if you haven't tried it do. I like the  colour and the smell is gorgeous. The fact it hasn't broke me out is a big win win for me. I rarely wear tan on my face for that reason but the fact its paraben free is great. I will keep ye updated on how it fades (if it fades evenly or goes patchy) over on my Instagram @makeupbys_blog
